Dressage Simulator
We are extremely lucky at The Balanced Rider to have access to the dressage simulator at Quob Stables. Dressage simulators enable ridden biomechanics assessment at close quarters. The rider can concentrate on their own performance with no distraction from the horse. This is invaluable for close-up postural analysis, and excellent for fine tuning your balance and seat or a particular transition e.g. half pass.
If Quob Stables is too far to travel or you have access to your own or local mechanical horse we are also available to come to you (e.g. photo: top right Stockbridge Riding Stables "Take Back The Reins" weekend).

"Thank you for the fantastic session on the mechanical horse. Can't wait for the next one!" Sam Kehoe-Culter
"I thought the mechanical horse really allowed me to concentrate on myself and my problems and not have to consider how the horse is going. Seeing everything on the screen made it easy to see exactly how my body position effects my horse. I think I felt my left seat bone for the first time in ages. I thought the whole session was brilliant, it made me feel much more aware when I rode my horse." Diane Farndell - Livery Yard Manager
"Thanks for the session tonight Clare, I feel great and inspired after the canter transitions on Legless!"
